This research identifies, evaluates, and synthesizes related literature from various sources using a qualitative approach and a systematic literature study method. The findings show that digital upskilling, including digital literacy and using technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, is essential to deal with rapid technological change and improve organizational performance. In addition, work flexibility, such as remote working and hybrid working models, supports the rapid response to market changes and improves work-life balance, employee engagement, and retention. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of integrating these strategies in HRM to remain competitive in the global market. Theoretically, this study strengthens the theories of human capital and organizational adaptation. The case study was conducted at the Business Incubator of the Nobel Institute of Technology and Business Indonesia using a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observations, focus group discussions, and document analysis from 60 stakeholders. The results show that AI integration has a positive impact on the learning and development process of startups in business incubators, with 60% of startups reporting significant changes in business models. Key challenges include gaps in AI adoption among participants and ethical concerns regarding data use. The research results in recommendations for more effective incubator program design, including an adaptive AI curriculum, the integration of AI ethics, and a holistic approach in business development. Various types of tourism destinations have emerged, one of which is the tourism destination in the Lolai Tourism Area. This has various impacts, including social, cultural, economic and environmental aspects of the settlement. This research aims to analyze the influence of the development of tourist attractions in the Lolai area on the surrounding residential environment and examine sustainable tourism development strategies in the Lolai Tourism area. This research uses descriptive analysis methods using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Samples from heads of families used purposive sampling to produce 75 families, and data were collected using questionnaires. The results of the research show that there is a joint economic, social and environmental impact on the development of the country's tourist attraction above the Lolai clouds, there is a partially significant economic, social and environmental impact on the development of the country's tourist attraction above the Lolai clouds, and there is an influence the most significant environmental variable for the development of the Lolai tourist attraction. Based on the results of the strategic analysis of sustainable tourism development strategies in the Lolai tourist area, it is then processed using SWOT analysis, producing directions that lie in the direction of S-O (Strength–Opportunity) or Growth (Development) to increase strength by taking advantage of existing opportunities. Using a systematic literature review approach, this research identified several critical challenges organizations face, including technical and infrastructure challenges, social isolation, difficulties in performance management, and data security risks. In addition, it evaluates the impact of digital communication technologies on employee engagement and performance. It identifies the best strategies, such as a holistic approach to employee well-being, hybrid working models, and improved digital literacy. The results show that organizations must invest in adequate technology infrastructure, develop more effective communication strategies, and improve digital literacy to overcome these challenges. Practical implications of the findings include developing more flexible and inclusive HR policies and implementing best practices that can improve employee well-being and performance. (b) to determine the net profit obtained from sales using a predetermined method. This research collects data personally by researchers by going directly into the field and trying to collect the necessary information and data. The type of research is qualitative. This research evaluates two calculation methods, namely the full costing method and the variable costing method, as well as the comparison between the two in determining product selling prices. Based on the research results, it shows that there are significant differences in calculating the cost of production and net profit between the full costing and variable costing methods. So based on the sample payment technique used, the number of respondents in this study was 30 samples. The data type used in this study is quantitative, while the data source uses primary data. The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of digital transformation on governance in Indonesian public organisations, with a specific emphasis on finding both significant obstacles and potential advantages. Employing a qualitative research methodology, data was gathered by means of comprehensive interviews conducted with government officials, experts in digital transformation, and policy analysts. The study also included the examination of pertinent government papers, policies, and strategic plans through document analysis. The results demonstrate that digital transformation presents substantial prospects for enhancing efficiency, transparency, and public service provision. However, it also presents obstacles such as reluctance to embrace change, insufficient digital literacy, and inadequate infrastructure. Moreover, the research emphasises the significance of leadership, organisational culture, and policy frameworks in effectively managing the process of digital transformation. The research indicates that in order for public organisations in Indonesia to fully exploit the possibilities offered by digital transformation, it is necessary to strategically prioritise the resolution of these issues through specific interventions, capacity development, and inclusive policy-making. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, this research comprehensively analyzes the dynamic changes in digital consumer behavior and helps identify existing research gaps. The research protocol included inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure that only relevant, high-quality studies were included. The literature search strategy was conducted through major academic databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and PubMed. The results show that consumer behavior has undergone significant changes with the increased use of social media, the need for personalization, and the increased empowerment of informed consumers. The implications of this research suggest that companies adopt data-driven marketing approaches and omnichannel strategies and create relevant content to meet evolving consumer expectations. In addition, this study highlights the need for further research to understand the long-term impact of changes in digital consumer behavior and the integration of new technologies in marketing strategies. The capacity of MSMEs to absorb labor has increased by an average of 2-3% per year from 2021 to 2023. This aligns with economic growth and post-pandemic recovery, as well as government efforts to support the MSME sector through digitalization programs and improved market access. In 2023, the number of workers absorbed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia reached approximately 117 million people. Furthermore, technological advances bring so many sector changes that have an impact on the development of quality of life and also the human standard of living. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, technological advances are changing people's habits from conventional to digital base. The same goes for Go-jek, an online delivery app that provides food delivery ordering with Go-Food subservices. There are 766 SMEs in Makassar that cooperate with Go-food in 21 categories. These partners have a star rating of 4.5 or higher with price criteria between 40,000 and 100,000 (IDR). This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of business vision on innovation among entrepreneurs who have partnered with Go-Food. This study was conducted in Makassar city, in South Sulawesi province and involved small and medium enterprises in cooperation with Go-food as a model. The time of the study started from March to June 2024. A purposive random sampling approach with 100 Go-Food partners as respondents used in this study. The effect test between entrepreneurship insights on innovation was carried out with a linear regression test using the SPSS 20. The results of the study showed that entrepreneurship insight among Go-Food partners had a significant effect on innovation (Sig. &lt;0.05). Employing a descriptive quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using SmartPLS 4.0, the study analyzed data from 100 respondents. The findings revealed that the 4Ps marketing mix significantly influenced purchase decisions, explaining 48% of the variance.&nbsp; The inner model analysis indicated that "price" had the most substantial impact on purchase decisions.&nbsp; Hypothesis testing confirmed the significant influence of "price," "promotion," and "place" on purchase decisions, while "product" showed no significant influence. Data was collected from 100 nurses at RSKD Dadi using a saturated sampling technique and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS4.</p> <p>The findings revealed a significant positive relationship between communication skills and work satisfaction. Additionally, both communication skills and work satisfaction had a significant positive impact on performance. Importantly, the study demonstrated that communication skills indirectly influence performance through the mediating effect of work satisfaction. The research approach used is quantitative with survey research methods. The employee population is 60 people and the sampling technique uses a saturated sample so that the total number of respondents is 60 employees. This results of the research show that partially work-life balance and organizational justice have no effect on performance, while work performance appraisals have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the three independent variables make a real and strong contribution to employee performance with a calculated F value of 496.3769 &gt; 3.16 from the f table value. AI literacy refers to the UN definition as the ability to "understand, use, monitor and critically reflect on artificial intelligence applications without having to be able to develop AI models," precisely the level of understanding, interaction, and utilization of MSME artificial intelligence technology in supporting business. The research method used was a survey and structured interviews with owners and managers of MSMEs in Makassar City. The collected data was analyzed using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The research results show that the level of AI literacy among MSMEs in Makassar City varies, with most respondents needing a more conceptual understanding of AI. Meanwhile, the level of operational expertise and strategic insight into using AI in a business context still needs improvement. The research method applied was a quantitative survey of 100 culinary MSMEs in Makassar City which were selected using purposive examination techniques. Information was obtained using an online questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression. The research results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the performance of culinary MSMEs. Apart from that, the performance of culinary MSMEs also has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Traditional mushroom farms largely depend on manual monitoring, which is time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to inefficiencies, especially when rapid environmental changes occur. This study examines the potential impact of implementing Internet of Things (IoT) technology to enhance the business processes of oyster mushroom farms that currently rely on manual methods. IoT integration enables real-time monitoring and automated control of environmental parameters, reducing the risks of production failures and improving operational efficiency. By analyzing existing research and simulating IoT implementation in mushroom farming, this study explores how IoT can optimize resource usage, lower operational costs, and improve the consistency of yield quality.
