Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on the buying interest of the Takalar community in the Tempe Dg Tuju business partially and simultaneously. The research data was obtained from a questionnaire with a total of 71 consumers as respondents. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.

The results of the study show that partially the product quality and price variables have a positive effect on buying interest. Simultaneously the relationship between the variables of Product Quality and Price together influences Purchase Intention. On the other hand, of the three variables, the product quality variable has the most influence on the Buying Interest of the Takalar Community in the Tempe Dg Tuju Business.
