This study aims to analyze: The Effect of Recruitment on Teacher Performance at Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation Makassar, The Effect of Training on Teacher Performance at Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation Makassar, The Effect of Placement on Teacher Performance at Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method. The study was conducted at Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation Makassar. This study distributed questionnaires to 56 respondents. The method used is a quantitative method by testing the hypothesis, namely Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Determination Coefficient. The results of the study indicate that recruitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation Makassar. In the second variable, training has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation, Makassar. The third variable, placement, has a positive and significant effect on teachers at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation, Makassar. In the simultaneous test, the Recruitment, Training and Placement variables have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at the Al Bayan Hidayatullah Foundation, Makassar, while the Determination test has a contribution to teacher performance of 61.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in the study.
