Abstrak

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of motivation variables, work environment, and family support system on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service. (2) The simultaneous influence of motivation variables, work environment, and family support system on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service. (3) The most dominant variables on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a population of 72 employees. The number of samples was 72 respondents using the Saturated Sample technique (the entire population). The analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that (1) the work environment and family support system variables have a partial influence on employee performance, while the motivation variable does not have a partial influence on employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service (2) Simultaneously, the variables of motivation, work environment, and family support system influence employee performance at the Gowa Regency Social Service. (3) The most dominant variable influencing employee performance is the family support system variable.
